No more bleeding. No more Depends. No more pantyliners. WooHoo!
The pathology report came back from the D&C. No cancer. A benign polyp.
Go back in 8 weeks for a follow-up ultrasound to see if the cyst is still on my ovary. See if I do any more bleeding.
Doc's best guess is I started producing some estrogen which made my ovary drop a follicle and my uterus started to thicken (all the stages of menstruation) but it didn't release and kept building and building.
Let's hope that does not happen again. No more bleeding of any kind. We do not want my body producing estrogen.
If I do bleed again a few options would be ovary removal or uterus removal.
